There's a gif here : https://www.reddit.com/r/MelinaJ/comments/18ob5tt/an_aywutyr_in_the_snow_globe_end_transition/ , that shows the end transition.

Here are the screenshots of the screens :

The start (the Aywutyr in the snow globe) is the old simulation, it's "Just a game". Then it's present time, Oceane is inputting a new version of chapter 22, as it's already iteration 29 post Great Nap. Then it's a flashback of whenever she figured whatever that will be explained in chapter 22, and then it morphs to a flash forward of Oceane as Chloe writing chapter 22.

Also, "time is relative", so we would believe chapter 22 was "just written" not long ago, but actually the last picture/the end of the animation happened 150+ years before the first picture. 🤯

Lots were believing "the Great Nap just happened but worry not" and it is what the novel is about, but actually... This is indeed a dark novel which "is not a comedy" (quote from Melina). There were hints that they've tried for a long time and they're all defeated at this point in chapter 16 of "Just a game", though...

Chapter 12 of "A bottle in the ocean" makes everybody wonder and change their view of that "annoying person" from chapter 16 of "Just a game". The person was not just being annoying, they're just worn out by the situation. And now that the CRUELTY of what happened to Oceane is known (how she was letting go and mourning Adnan, tried to hold onto her new life and Alicia, just to come back to everything being taken away from her), we're all surprised the other characters are still optimistic.

There's a discussion about whether the start is actually present time or if it's some point in the past too. What year is it now ?

Time is relative indeed, it's very confusing tbh. 🤯

I don't think the last picture happened 150+ years before the first picture. From chapter 16 of "Just a game", it seems they're posting the novel at a point in time when they've tried lots of things already and nothing worked. Maybe they started to post the novel at iteration 26 ? They also mention an update and that they need to be finished before the update. What is it about ?

Also, this is confusing : is Oceane using her sister's life instance to post the novel or is she just inputting code from the simulation terminal ???

What happened to Oceane is cruel indeed, but it's not like they're de@d, though ? They're in a simulation.
